One on One Personal Training Sessions - One on One allows you to go at your own pace while the Trainer's focus is on you alone. This is the safest type of Personal Training and often clients reach their  goals faster when the focus of the session is entirely on them.
 
Small Group Pilates Sessions - small group session provide an opportunity to socialize and make connections which in turn increase the positive effects of exercise on mental health. Small groups in particular are a great way to still get a high level of supervision to ensure correct exercise techniques while at the same time, lowering the costs.
 
      Mat Pilates Sessions - (Max 3 People) Improve full body strength, flexibility, balance, endurance and mind-body connection while exercising on the floor using a mat.
 
      Chair Pilates Sessions - (Max 3 People) A great option for women who have difficulty getting up from and safely down to the floor.

Mobile Personal Training Sessions - Batia comes to you so you don't even need to leave the comfort of your own home, school or workplace. No need to have your own exercise equipment cluttering up your space, as Batia brings all her own portable exercise equipment with her. This is a great option for those who find it difficult to travel away from home, or for those who want a group experience in their own space.
 
Online Personal Training Sessions - online Personal Training can be done in groups with up to 4 people, or one on one. If you live too far from Batia, or if you or a loved one are immune compromised and want to minimize social contact, you can attend Personal Training Sessions online. Batia will develop, monitor, and progress a personalized exercise program that is specific to you and your own equipment that you have available. With Batia watching during your online training session, she is able to provide a high level of visual supervision during the session to ensure correct exercise techniques, and to adapt any exercises when needed. An internet connection, a computer and a camera are necessary to participate in online personal training.
