Batia at Kosher Fitness Personal Training understands this and offers nutritional assessments for the general healthy population.
She will analyze clients' eating habits by having them fill in a 24 Hour Nutritional Recall.
Based on this, and other information gathered during the Initial Evaluation, she uses the Australian Dietary Guidelines to recommend appropriate serving sizes from each of the 5 essential food groups.
Clients are giving a clear colourful analysis as well as continued support to help guide them.
