There is space indoors and outdoors to workout so according to the weather you can choose!
It's lovely to workout with the warmth of the sun shining on you! Most recently I hurt my hand, but that did not faze Batia.
She designed an excellent program to workout without straining my hand. It's worth every minute of it! It's versatile and refreshing!
