The Personal Training Process

A Personal Trainer must first get to know their client in order to design a program that is best for their specific needs.

This process starts with an Initial Evaluation which includes a brief medical history, an exercise history, exercise preferences, and short and long term goal setting.

Then, depending on the client's goals, fitness testing, body girth measurements, and a 24 hour nutritional recall may be taken.


Batia is constantly monitoring clients' progress with the programs she specifically designs for each individual, always making appropriate adjustments to ensure the clients reach their goals in the funnest, safest way possible.
